In honour of the families of blue wrens that live at our vineyard, this wine is a blend of 76% Grenache, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 11% Shiraz, which shows the best of all three varieties.
The Grenache gives it the bright garnet colour and floral aromas of red berries, the Cabernet adds complexity with dried herbs, and the shiraz round it out with a gentle kick of spice.
